At Life Compass Consulting, your time and investment are valued. The following policy outlines the terms regarding payments and refunds for all individual and family communication consultations.

Refund Policy - the basics

General Policy

All session fees are non-refundable. By booking a session, you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time and provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice—or missed entirely—are not eligible for a refund or credit, except in cases of emergency at the discretion of the consultant.

What to include in the Refund Policy

The only instance in which a refund will be issued is if Life Compass Consulting fails to appear for a scheduled session that was mutually confirmed and no reasonable attempt was made to reschedule. In such cases, the client may request either:

  • A full refund for the missed session, or

  • A rescheduled session at no additional cost

 

Rescheduling Policy

 

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed. Repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of the session at the consultant’s discretion.
